Step
Two: The Design Phase
Receiving your “Snapshot”
Our design team will send some initial design work in
a “snapshot” to your organization after the
initial phase. These pictures are meant to give your organization a feel
for how the finished website will look. Changes to the design, colors,
and pictures are requested during this phase. Our design will work with
you and provide up to three different design choices.

Step Three:
The Development Phase
After choosing a design, the web services team will work with
your organization to create navigation structures and gather information
that you wish to be posted on your site. The majority of information that
is needed during this phase is dependent upon your organization contact.
Many organizations will send a large “master” file with all
the text that will be needed to be placed on the different pages of your
site. During this phase, you will be given a working link that will allow
you to view your site progress.
You’ll also be able to see what information is
still needed to complete the creation of your site.
During this phase you will also be given an introduction
to editing your page and setting up email addresses if you’ve purchased
these features.
